Do you ship worldwide?

We offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for most of our orders. (Some limitations applied) Orders outside of the US, UK, CAN, Australia generally take a longer time of  2 to 4 weeks to arrive.

Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?

If you place a large order, it will be fulfilled in multiple shipments for a faster result. Survival Baglist has partnered with global merchants in order to provide you the best prices. This means that your order is shipped from different warehouses. 

 

How long will my order take to deliver?

Click here for our full Shipping and Delivery info. Order processing time takes 1-4 business days before shipment. Deliveries can take up to 1 week to 3 weeks for the United States. Depending on different country’s custom restrictions, this may take longer (we wish this wasn't the case).

 

 What are my payment options?

We accept payments by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

 

What are my delivery options?

We currently only offer one standard shipping option, which is FREE.

 

How secure is your site?

Survival Bag List processes payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.

 

Can I make a change to my order after payment?

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your order. details We ship items out usually within the 1-3 business day, so cannot guarantee any changes will be made. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out with the correct items and shipping info.

 

 

How do I track my parcel?

You can track your parcel via the email we sent you. We also have a link to our Order Tracking page on our Home Page.

  

Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely. We offer a 28 days refund time from the date you receive your order. Read our Refund Policy page for more info. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website, so we may resolve your issue with the product.

 

What if I received a faulty item?

If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 3-5 days of receiving your parcel) via ‘Contact Us’ on our website.
